About the facility
The Peaceful Spirit 60-day intensive residential treatment center is located on the Southern Ute Indian reservation. The Treatment Center has an open and continuous enrollment for both male and female adults. We offer a multi-disciplinary treatment that includes individual and group therapy, skill modules, 12-step study, equine therapy, Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, Acudetox, yoga, exercise, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) education, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) education, and Native American spiritual and cultural practices.
The mission of Peaceful Spirit is (1) to provide care and education to those struggling with addiction issues, (2) to promote the dignity of each client while supporting healthy lifestyles, and (3) to aid in the creation of a community dedicated to sobriety and recovery.
Completion of the Peaceful Spirit Application –
- Physical Examination including a TB test
- Mental Health Screening
- Other documents included in application
Once we have received the full application and deemed the applicant appropriate for treatment, we will assign a bed date.
Cost of Treatment
- $4000 for the 60-day Intensive Residential Program
- We do not take insurance
- Nominal fees for Outpatient Services
